Tracy-Lee Kus is the CEO of the Aon Global Broking Centre and a director of the Aon UK Board. She previously served as Head of Commercial Risk, Asia Pacific and Head of North Asia. With over 30 years of experience in both underwriting and broking, Tracy-Lee's career has spanned South Africa, the United Kingdom and Asia.

After beginning her insurance career at a specialist underwriting agency in Johannesburg, she has also served as a Strategic Account Manager for some of the world's largest financial institutions and has led Aon's Financial and Professional Services Business in the United Kingdom. Tracy-Lee has been an integral part of the APAC Executive Team, UK Executive Team, risk management group and chair of the Product Governance Committee.

Most recently, Tracy-Lee was appointed Chairperson for the London & International Insurance Brokers Association, a position she is delighted to hold. She is on the Board of the London Market Group and separately became a board member of the Charity Insurance United Against Dementia.

Scott Stransky is Managing Director and Head of the Marsh McLennan Cyber Risk Intelligence Center.

The Center launched in 2021 to provide cyber modeling, thought leadership, and cyber analytics guidance across Marsh McLennan. Under his leadership, the Center leverages Marsh McLennan's proprietary data sets and external data sources, and combines them with advanced machine learning algorithms, stochastic modeling techniques, and Monte Carlo simulations, to develop a robust suite of models for managing cyber risk.

Previously, he led the Cyber Modeling group at extreme event modeling firm AIR Worldwide (part of Verisk Analytics).
