Overview of the Disaster Resilience Certification Program for Businesses
Ha Jong-mok graduated from the Department of Public Administration at Yonsei University and entered public service through the 42nd National Administrative Examination. He has held key positions including Director of the Administrative Policy Division at the Office for Government Policy Coordination, Director of the Local Tax Policy Division at the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, Director General for Planning and Coordination of Gyeongsangnam-do Provincial Government, and First Vice Mayor of Changwon. Since February 2026, he has served as Director General of the Disaster and Safety Prevention Policy Bureau at the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, overseeing national disaster and safety prevention policies.
